Rattling Sound

IHello - New here so I hope this is an ok section to ask -

I have an 05 Chevy Avalanche with Pioneer Avic Rec/Nav and 6 1/2 Boston Acoustics components front door/pillars and polk 6 1/2 full range in back doors. System has a 10 in JL sub woff Alpine amp and a RF running the oether 4 speakers. It has been about a year or so from front speaker install, but I am hearing a rattling vibration sound in the door. This am I finally got around to removing the door panel to see what was up. When there are low notes, bass the speakers buzz/rattle. I tightened the mount but it did nothing. I put miy finger lightly on the speaker cone and it stops the rattle and sounds good. What do you seasoned vets think my issue could be?
