Rattling noise from tweeters?

So I have 4 focal access 6.5 coaxial speakers (200 a pair). I have the wired up a 4 channel hifonics brutus 616amp. Using all 4 channels. I have crossovers set on the amp and on the headunit. However on super bass heavy songs you can hear a high pitched rattle coming from all 4 tweeters. I've played with setting and can't seem to get rid of it. Grounds are good, rcas are good, speaker wires are good. I can't seem to find the issue and I did switch out a set of speakers and I still get that nasty noise. Could my amp possibly be bad? Or maybe could it be from my phones source? I need a little help here guys

Also how does everyone stand on pro audio over coaxial or component sets? I want pure sound quality that will get loud. Speakers I have now are plenty loud but I hate hearing that high pitched rattle.
