1501d - the old version from a couple of years back is rated at 1000rms at 2ohm, RIGHT???

I need a pair in a class with limited power.

As I have seen I've seen rating as 1000@2ohms @12.5V

max power is rated at 1500...

i used to run several 1501d's

12v they're rated 1000w rms. at around 13v i was seeing almost exactly 1250w out of each 1501d (each were running at 2ohms).

They're agreat amp and will pound all day long at 2 ohm without breaking a sweat, even off a constantly 12v. If you can manage to beef up the electrical system to maintain better voltage youll see the 1500w out of it. I loved my 1501d's and would recommend them. I remember paying 350 for a used one a few years back, now they go for about 225 + ship used. great amp

the US amps mentioned is also a great amp, but will be more power hungry. The mtx is definitly more efficent. both are great amps though
