Rating Amp Voltage Test Question

i never really understod this:

Exp: A test is done on a amp. say 2000 watts rms @ 0.4 ohm rise to 1.2 ohm, starting voltage @ 14.8v drop to 14.2v. ( idk if thats clear enough)....

What is the actually volt rating for amp?

ok.. i used the "search" first lol. but couldnt find a thread for this subject. just getting some clear info on how ppl break down
