Item(s) Description/Condition:
Big Red, Sony ES 4 channel, Just before the Xplode line, These were the last of the very high end Sony made amplifiers, Using top shelf parts on the inside this 4 channel has some amazing SQ, Fully adjustible crossover network.
I am the second owner of this amp it was bought new and then stored away for years, I was the first to hook power up to it.
Amplifier can run 8 to .5 ohm loads with no problems I have tested it in 8 to 1ohm and it preformed flawless. The amplifier is in 9/10 condition being that there is some scratches on one corner of the very bottom of the amp that you will never see once its mounted, and the Xplode gold logo has some very minor knicks in it not worth taking photos to see it trust me when I say this, The amplifier is worth every bit of my asking price reguardless of the very minor inperfections.
Also note to future owner, YOU MUST have both power battery terminals connected to a power source or the amplifier will not turn on, Both powersupply's are powered seperately, Only need one large solid ground as both are grounded on the same terminal as shown in the photo.
