Item(s) Description/Condition: AMP rates 8 out of 10 on cosmetics and 10/10 on working condition. AMP is rated at 325x2@4ohms,500x2@2ohms,1000x1 at 4 or 1 ohm. But if you know theese amps they are very under rated. This amp works 100% flawless i had it hooked up last night to 2 15" subs and ran it for over 2 hrs had no problems.

SUPER nice amp! I had a Taurus X. I will have you know that it is not Zed made, though. It was made between the Zed and the Maxxsonics ownership. It is still American made though, and my Taurus X sounded about 95% as good as my Thor VIII so it is a very nice sound quality amp. This does not look like a gen X, pretty sure its a Series 7 or 8 but i might be wrong. If your taurus doesnt look like his then its not from the same series. all the amps from the series his are look the same and have the name in the lower corner.

I would trade my nuts for this. I have been looking for one for 4 years.

Definitely not a series 7 or 8. The X is because it's the series 10(generation X, even says it on the side of the amp) stuff like the Samson X, Saturn X, Mars X, etc, which all have the same style heat sink...which is still good stuff.

This Is a ZED MADE AMP BY Stephen Mantz If anyone wants i will open the bottom cover and take a pic of the board Proving its a ZED made AMP or you can call ZED AUDIO and talk with MR Mantz and he will tell you the same . I just talked with him 2 weeks ago about this amp and he personaly told me it was one of his designs

They are Zed made, I'm not questioning that. If you look on ampguts.com you can see the Zed stamp on the boards of amps in this same series.

My Taurus was not Zed made though, which is why I assumed this was not. I guess not all Gen-X amps were made the same? Interesting...

There are two different heat sink styles. Yours is the American Warrior series, whereas the OP's is the Generation X series.

Anyways, enough cluttering up this man's for sale thread. It's a Zed amp.
