I believe it was you who had the ALUMX10, well im looking into buying the ALUMX12 and i was wondering what OHM load would be the easiest to work with; 12, 6, or 3 ohm vc's. I am going to push it with a JBL 600.1 ( i read your review on the board saying they dont take higher than RMS too good so im not gonna push it ). SO im wondering is there any way i can get the ALUMX12 to get the 600W from the jbl without getting to low on the amp load? I am only looking into getting one of them so how would i wire it?

Nope, your amp will be putting out about 450-500 watts @ 3 ohms, so you might want to look into another amp...IF and only if you keep the gains down, your subs will last longer with a 1200.1. I was putting 900-1000 rms into it (rated at 800) and they lasted me a good while...

so an amp that does 800rms @ 4 ohm would work out nicely? im not sure if this would work because its a 2 channel amp but if i hooked one of them up to a cadence Z9000, would it work.

if you get a the 3 ohm dvc version wire it in parralell to a 1.5 ohm load giving you about 700rms.

Only one of them...I still have the other but it has a blown VC...
