Exactly. You can't explain it. Once again, to make things simple for LAZY people the "average" is used. It is a FACT that the "average" is not an exact number.

The fact is the number of children varies per household and you either have a whole child or you don't have a child. Some families will have none, some will have 1 or two or three or more.

I am surprised you far left liberal extremest Rob and Bob, are so quick to accept this lazy average number when you preach so much about facts and numbers... you seem ok with estimates if it allows you to argue huh.
