Did a cedar walkway pergola replacement (sans copper roof+rafters) over the winter for a very wealthy retired airline pilot in downtown chicago on LaSalle.

That quite a bit of premium cedar lumber at today's price he didn't even question. Fabricated all the trim molding on the job.
