Infrastructure. It's failing everywhere. Even here. It's supposed to last 30-40 years. It's reached beyond that point. Bridges crumbling. DOT refuses to replace it because $$. Yet there's always $$$ for war. Go figure.

My mom and stepdad are down in Pompei. They live in northern Italy, I can't ever remember the name of the city. A few pics she sent me today...

Edit: They live in Polcenigo Italy, about an hour north of Venice.
