random buzzing in subs.

When I listen to my music it sounds great then all of a sudden my sub begins to give out a sound that sounds close to an idoling crotch rocket that has the stock exhaust still on it. The sound does not get louder as I turn the volume up or does it get softer when I turn it down. Now before you go off and tell me that my rca and power are ran too close let me tell you that they are run on opposite sides of the vehicle. It does not rev to my engine and I have changed out the wire even. I was wondering if there was any reason that It might do this. Help would be greatly appreciated.

could be a bad ground, or most likely its the amp over heating and freaking out for some reason.. or its a bad amp.

well actually it is my friends eclipse subs doing this. I have no problem with my volf subs at all.
