Rainbow Speaker Question...

Hey everyone,

I guess I'm going to keep it simple today. LOL. So here's the question:

I am thinking of doing a Rainbow install. What is the best they offer in your opinion in these catagories.

1) Component 6 1/2 Speakers

2) 6 x 9 Speakers (anyone know for sure if these will fit in a 96 Eclipse?)

3) Subwoofers

4) Amplifers

I figured that I might as well go all out if I'm going redo my system, so I want the best they have to offer. Any help will be very much appreciated.

Are you sure about that? You better come up with some sort of budget. The best they have to offer would lead you into the tens of thousands.

Yep better state a budget...All of their speakers are pretty well rounded. Every line offers something the previous lacks, sorry for stating the obvious. Let us know what your looking for, warmth, musicality, budget, you know more specifics and we will happily help you!

I don't mind spending some money (not tens of thousands though) on the speakers. I love detail in my music and want sound that is easy on the ears (not too harsh, etc.). I don't want their low end stuff, but from the sounds of it I can't afford their high end stuff, so I guess somewhere in the middle would be about right.

To sum it up: I want a respectable system that I can push when I want to.

are you wanting to run active or passive set up. If you want to run passive I would recommed the Platinums, The Profi's with the kickbass would be a nice passive set up but can remove the crossover and run active if you want but that just means more amps. The platinums are pricey not tens of thousands but not cheap. Decide if you want active or passive and give a hard line budget what do you not want to exceed? With that info I can get you on the right track.

the platinums would be sweet but when you get into higher end like that it becomes very install dependent....
