ok i still have no idea, it does it, then it doesnt, then it does, and so on, it got hot again earlier, now its fine! no stray wires are touching or anything, pos and negs should all be right, err!!

get new passive crossovers i guess... i belive they are crossed over at 3.5khz

well its happening again, err, it gets even hotter anyone still have an idea? i think its something with my cd player, its stock and i have an electical short where my vol goes up some times, and my horn honks, and its still only the left side and no wires touch at all

I don't know it may not be a much worse xover design than the one the sets came with... but it defiantly wasn’t designed for these particular drivers //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Anywho if one of the xovers is working properly... if you send me the xovers I can indeed fix them no problem -- just parts costs (dirt cheap if its just a single inductor... like $2.50-6 depending on the value) and shipping and paypal fees and like $4-8 or something tiny like that... I mean it will only take a few mins of my time... desolder the working one -- measure the value if it -- order the part -- wait a day for it -- solder it on -- ship it out to you with the next batch of custom xovers...

If you wanted me to design ya a brand spanking new xover that would sound a world or 2 better than the one that came with it you would have to send me your drivers as well... and pay me more //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif but you just want a cheap fix I'm sure.

time to go re wire my left door, i have some really old crappy wire i had to use, maybe that will clear it up, and im going to try to unhook the steering wheel crap from the HU, if i feel like it
