The mono does have to be able to dissipate 1 KW of heat byproduct, the stereo amps do not. At least it has some nice thick fins, and top mounted controls.the 2 and 4 channels have a different look which is a little better. why they aren't matching is beyond me, i'm guessing the mono is built by someone else with a rainbow sticker added on.

Not bad, i'm sure REAL prices may make them even more lucrative. I think the amp/preamp combo's are a nice package pricewise- if it saves you $50 off SRP, it must be even better at dealer price..

I'm sure he copied n pasted those (hence the itallics).....but yeah some euro companies like to use those peak wattage numbers.
