In this industry a lot of various things matter that shouldn't. If you want try and be a part of it then you will need to clean up the way you post. Remember if you upset the wrong person a simple phone call can remove you from almost any position.

^^ Very much this. skar this is tragic and I'm sorry hear about this; my thoughts go out to his family and those close to him.
I feel bad for the kid and his familly, but once you have been put through the 'meat grinder' a few times its hard to feel that sorry for someone else who probably didn't have that much to deal with.... try for example finding out the women you love has been screwing around on you, then end up losing everything you have including your kids over it... Thats a situation a lot of men have to deal with...
Fair enough. Still there are good people in the world and too many people have been hardened by such emotional trauma to cynicism and apathy. To each his own, but IMHO people should exercise common courtesy more, such as at least being a little sensitive to the affected persons when there is a death.
Im sorry to say man, ive been through some rough shit, but i dont need ANYONE else to hold my hand through life. I am who i am, and no one will change that. Ive known people way worse off than most kids or people kill themselves. My mother, and many others wifes and so on i work with, have had life threatening cancer and diseases. I had to stand by at 15 years old and watch my mom go through hell. Have you ever been close to someone who is on chemo? And do you know the main reason shes still here? She wanted to live! She wasnt going to give up. I dont know many people who could go through what she did and come out a live. ******* was NEVER an option for her. Shit happens in life, grow a pair and deal with it
while that may be true there are a time for your opinions and a time you should stfu. When someones dealing with tradgedy unless your opinion is going to console them just stfu. I have had everything you mentuioned starting when i was 8. friends accidentally killing themselves playing with guns, family in chemo, coworkers dying from wrecks, my college room mate died in a wreck, family members twisted off into depression adn are not even the same people. I guess you think it makes you a hardass because "so much stuff" happened to you and you feel yu got through it with no help. good for you man, but everyone is different and ALOT of people have had it worse then you and dont feel the need to be hardasses. i call these people adults.. just grow up or STFU
