Stopped cold turkey when I started to play.

you quit for your gf. u didnt even do this for yourself. so when she leaves, im guessing youll start up again? so why quit in the first place

ive been dating her for 3 years it will be a while if or when we break up

Iono if it's been mentioned, but there is a shot you can get that makes you go cold turkey. My mom's work offers it free to their employees. The president had it done like 3 years ago and hasn't touched a cig since. I believe it is liek $300 if your company won't pay for it.

I don't think that gum works. A guy at work chews like a pack a week and smokes while he chews.
