Drinking and smoking go hand in hand. That, and drinking coffee. Mind over matter...
yeah... when she leaves itll start up again thats what happened to me.. i only drink once a week now ive been blazing and smoking ciggs for 4 years with asthma its not helping it..you quit for your gf. u didnt even do this for yourself. so when she leaves, im guessing youll start up again? so why quit in the first place
im sure prescriptions help but the biggest thing your gonna need is will power. if you have no will your not going to quit.I tried everything...patches, gum, just plain old cold turkey. Nothing worked. A long while ago I heard of Chantix. A nifty little pill to help you stop. Now I heard from people that there husband brother, sister, mother, or what have it quit it no time. I got a prescription for it and never took it, that is until my fiancee's step dad took it. He was a 3 pack a day smoker. He started taking it and the next week went on vacation. This was april 6th....he hasn't smoked a cigg since then nor does he even want to. I am getting ready to try my script finally....
