Going to build a box as a temp, just wanna try a few different things without spending to much. SO I want to make a sealed and a ported box out of one shell basically. Downfiring sealed with 2 15's in 4 ish cubes and 1 15 ported in with a round port so it comes off with the baffle when I take that one off.

Heres a pic, top pic is looking at the downfiring setup from the back of the car, so the woofer baffle would be on the bottom. Second pic is with the ported baffle on, with nice screw dots to show how it would attach, the brown on the left and right of the baffle would be were the sidewalls extend pas the end of the box to act as legs for the downfiring box.. I want that baffle to have a round port so it stays attached to the baffle unlike an easy slot.

What im curious about is simply because I want the baffle to be interchangeable, I wont be glueing it, and simply screwing it down, possibly against a rubber gasket if that would help.....

And Ive never done a round port. I need 16sqin of port per cube, so 64sqin. Ive only got 20ish" total depth, is there an easy way to make that port out of pvc or sonotube?
