Quick! What size wire??

Im installing my 4 channel amp to my 4 speakers.

its a 600 Watt Jensen Amp. I think its like 60X4 or something. My speakers are kickers, 6.5 65 RMS, and 6X9 90 RMS.

What size wire should i get, my choices are 12 and 18. Im guessing 12 and about how much should i get. My amp is located on the back of my back seat.

bigger then 12. 8 maybe but i wouldn't use 12

what kind of car truck van etc that would really help and the large the wire the better. That way when you decide to upgrade its already there.

oo my bad, i wrote this wrong. I just realized that. First off its a plymouth breeze 1998. Not that big of a car. But i dont mean the power wire, the amps already installed. I mean the wires that would go from my amp to my speakers.

are you connecting them to each speaker or just the harness by the hu? if so you will need like 50ft or so just buy a role of it so you have enough

Power wire: 8

Speaker: 12-16 should do the job just fine. Get whatever is cheap.

12 is overkill for that low of a wattage. Go with the 18. or if you can get 16.
