quick question bout the image gallery

ive used the image gallery and i know how to use everything - cept the rating system. every time i go to 'vote' on a pictures rating, i get a page that says "user comments not allowed" what does this mean and\or how do i fix it.

i also dont seem to be able to have ratings for any of my pictures.

That function was disabled for all users due to two immature morons abusing it.

I'm all for bringing back the comments at ratings, and just stepping up moderation in the gallery to make sure the past does not repeat itself.

Honestly, the comments were great and insightful for the most part.

I'd like to see them back as well.
