Quick Question about Wiring Woofers in Series/Parallel.

When you wire woofers in series coils/parallel woofers, the bridge on on sub is a negative wire and the bridge of the other sub is a positive wire right?

Same on other sub

Then unused positives from both subs to pos on amp

Well it doesn't matter if you use the wire labeled for positive or negative.

Correct.

Use the positive wire or the negative wire or both. As long as you follow the woffer wiring diagram all will be well.

thanks. could the reason why my subs aren't loud enough for me be because I am using stock speakers and I can only use a good 1/3 of my head units volume before my speakers distort? My volume goes to I think 35 (alpine headunit) and I usually only play around 15-20.
