Quick Help on Wiring

The terminals are different on my two ava 15's

one of them has the terminals as

+( basket)+

-( basket)-

while the other sub is

+(basket)-

-( basket)+

How am I supposed to go about this?

Well the left and the right side of the (basket) is each of your voice coils. why they are different I dont know, but id wire each one independantly first to and use a DMM to check for the right impedence. They could have mismarked a coil, or could be 2 different run of woofers.

Check with a DMM if you dont get the proper results I'd give AA a call monday.

A DMM doesn't work for this situation unfortunately because it will show the same impedance any way you wire them.

What DID work was a 9v battery. The first scenario - the terminal was backwards
