Quick 4 channel amp wiring

I'm trying to run my 4 channel MB Quart DSC480 bridged at 320w x 2 @ 4ohm for my front component speakers. The picture shows which RCA jacks my left and right channel are currently in and my left and right speakers are on the proper bridging terminals. So are the RCA's in the right spot for running 2 channel bridged? The picture also shows the exact position of all the switches on the amp that I am currently running. For my question on the #1 in the picture, is where should this be set at? 4 channel or 2 channel? And for #2, what should I have dupe 3 & 4 set at?

Thanks

no, use the 1 and 2 input.

and switch to 2 channel input.

Midbass is generally from 60-80hz, he could set the HPF on and just eliminate unnecessary power draw. The x'over on this amp is variable from 10hz to1200hz.

But if I run it as 2 channel and only use RCA jack 1 and rca jack 2, how is it supposed to get the signal to the bridged 3+4 channel?

rca's into ch 1 &2 switch #1 to 2ch mode switch #2 (and #3 {not labeled}the x-over's) both on hp and hp dials to just under 100 htz then adjust input levels as needed

good luck

so ............what Nismo said lol

Also I would set the xover to what works the best for you allowing the most midbass while still allowing you to get as loud as you want, without too much excursion from the midbass.

Ok I wired it up to the way you guys said, L+R Rcas in slot 1 and 2 on amp with amp setting to 2-channel. Sounds ok I think, but when I use my balancer from the left to right it just makes both sides quieter turning it either which way. Is this normal on a 4 channel amp running in 2 channel mode?
