Question with my RE SE's

Even my friend said something is "off" when I cranked my system.

I took them out of the box, and used a DMM on the coils.

1.6? I believe... I dont have them with me, but I'm 99% positive that's what it read (unless I did it wrong). Are these subs fine? They're dual 4.

SE's only come d4.

touch the leads to your DMM together...subtract that number from your measurements unless you have a calibrated DMM it will be off.

and for some songs sounding different, unless they come from the same CD, not burned or compillation, there's a GOOD chance they will sound different. Different producers, blah, blah, blah.

If you burned them, you are on your own.

Now my subs dont even work. LOL. But the amp turns on, and my components are still getting power from my other amp. Which leads me to finally believe that it was a bad preout all along screwing up the sound. I ordered an X889 for $218 from 6ave, should be in this week, hell the company is 3 states away.

I hope this fixes it once and for all.
