question on my midamp

does this mean i am getting 120 watts PER speaker.....or am i getting 120/4= 30 watts per speaker assuming that it is wired up to 4ohm...?

No, it's 120x4 = 480 watts total.

If each speaker is wired to a separate channel, each speaker will get 120 watts.
