If you were considering buying an item from someone, did some research and found they had bad feedback for sending broken items should you report it in their for sale thread or is that considered post dumping?

Regardless of spelling, sympathy will get you fucked on this site. If you are 100% sure someone is a scammer, do not be afraid to put them on blast
