Question on amp kits

The shop I am going to have do my install refuses to install using any kits with CCA wire. I either have to buy theirs, which is a nice kit I admit for $50 and another $20 for RCAs or buy one that is not CCA wiring. I had an amazon gift card to use up so I went ahead and bought what I think is a nice quality kit, a Kicker CK8 (8ga)kit. It includes everything including RCAs and since I got the gift card for free it saved me $70. This is just for a single JX 250/1 amp.

Just for my own understanding, is the CCA wiring really that much worse? I am very OCD so now that they told me that unless someone can explain otherwise I will always see CCA as inferior for anything.

Also anybody have any experience with this amp kit I purchased? Good/bad?

That amp kit should be fine for a 250 watt amp

its NOT INFERIOR it has its purpose. for small systems its fine.
