want to talk about bored cops? it took three cops to tow my girlfriends truck for expired registration, or where they give tickets for having a dirty car (girlfriend got that one too)
Prove to me it's illegal somewhere in the US to not wash your car.
Until then?

EDIT~~~
hey prowler are you sure about the gun laws here??? i was told by a state trooper that the gun has to be in plain sight at all times, it can not be under the seat in the center console or in the glovebox. I was told the only place it is allowed to be concealed is in the trunk, other than that is has to be in sight either between the seat or on the dash.
I am absolutely certain. Without a shadow of a doubt.
Now - if you're under 21 and found to be in the possession of a handgun things might get a bit unpleasant for you quickly but so long as you are 21 or older, the gun hasn't been reported stolen or having been used in a crime, and it isn't concealed
on your person whatever trooper told you that simply didn't want you having quick access to your piece.
Your car being an extension of your home and it being completely legal now in the state of Louisiana to blow away without question someone attempting to carjack you (just the same as it is legal to use deadly force against someone you've caught breaking into your home) is courtesy of Mike Foster. (The guy that was our governor before this ignorant woman who currently resides in the Gov's mansion in BR //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif)
Case in point - I got pulled over the other night leaving a friend's house by a drug interdiction task force team (I assume it is because said friend lives way out in the sticks and my car doesn't really look like something that would live out there)
I was allegedly stopped for inoperable license plate illumination (they work fine....the bulbs are just red).
When they asked was there any drugs and/or weapons in the car I smiled and said "Yep! There's a loaded .45 under this seat I'm sitting in."
They took he gun, ran the numbers and naturally it came back legit, and all they could do was give it back along with my driver's license, insurance, registration, etc. and tell me to have a nice day since there wasn't anything they could have written me for excepting those license plate lights being red and my tint is darker than legal. They were looking for drugs, though, so motor vehicle violations wasn't anything they cared about.
