More problems:

Alright my current wires.

Scosche: TO HU:

Black Black

Red Red

Yellow Yellow

Orange Orange w/ white stripe

Schosche: HU:

Red: 12 volt ignition/switched TO Red +b (acc)

Black: ground Black : Ground

Yellow: 12 volt battery/constant Yellow: Backup

Orange: illumination/dimmer Orange white stripe : Illumination

Blue : amp remote turn-on Blue: amp turn on

Alright so it's pretty straight forward. However, after connecting everything wich what I thought was properly some things happen.

Loud popping noise when turning on/off headlights

Extreme light dimming when turning on the headlights

CD player will sit and make clicking noises and the hu flashes whenever the key is turned to acc/on (this started after i unplugged the illumination wire, no fuses blown anywhere i checked but it didn't do this 10 minutes ago), however as soon as the key is removed it will boot right up.

I've been at this for almost 4 hours straight I just cannot figure out what's going on..any help or even input or things to try would be helpful thanks.

sounds like you have it mis wired. If the speaker plays when you short out power and ground, then your harness is NG. You should be blowing fuses when you do that, not making music. Get a wiring diagram for your car and study it. Then get the right harness.

Good luck.

are you using the factory speaker wires and speakers? It could be anywhere and you may not even notice but just looking.

the easiest way to tell start at the deck and follow the wire all the way into the door and pulling the speaker out. The jacket could be cut somewhere or its getting pinched. or run new speaker wire.

I have the right harness. It matches up perfectly. I know my cars wiring down to the colors on the harness coming from the dash. Yes it should be blowing fuses. but it isn't. I've spent 3 hours fukin with this thing i've double checked every connection nothing is mitch matched.

eclipse cd4000 going in a camaro with the bose, and I have the adjustable gain harness that allows it to hook up..everything works fine..except this fukin front left speaker.
