Here is the situation:
Subwoofer is sold in working condition. Sub then is taken out of the vehicle once Paypal deposit is received.
Sub is tested out a week later, and its blown. Seller tells buyer about the situation immediately. Buyer is aware and considers his options.
Money order arrives from Canada the next day (not yet cashed). Seller waits on the Buyer's decision.
After a few days, buyer cannot find the money order receipt. Demands payment via check or money order (no paypal)....plus $5 for the money order fee that he, the Buyer, was charged. Money order still not cashed.
The Seller has to pay back the deposit money and send the money order back....but what about the money order fee? Seller also needs to pay for the money order that he is purchasing to cover the deposit.
Whats does everyone think about all of this?
Should the Seller pay the Buyer's fee for the money order?
