The DD 3515e has some rather odd numbers for impedance. Is this page indicating that the 3515 is available in different coil configurations?

Yeah, it's available in a range of impedances, some of the lower impedances cost extra.

They come in a lot of different DVC configurations, ranging from D.35-D4. I'm not sure about the 3500 series, but I know DD uses .35, .7, 1, 1.5, 2, and 4ohm coils.

Last time i did dd recones, they were all the same coil, from 2000-9900 sereies

what i mean is they have 1 style coil and then change the impedence, but use the same coils throughout

also something that they do is instead of having a true d1 coil they order a quad 1 coil, which is the reason why some vc configs cost more than others

Any chance that DD recones would fit an older style aq hd3? Im looking for different coil options.
