Question bout MAGMAs

I was plannin on buyin two MAGMA12s soon, got the money. only question was what's with the 3 ohm thing? I'm very new to the whole subwoofer "scene" and nobody i know who has some knowledge on it can teach me here. I've never seen a 3 ohm one before ... is that gonna be a problem?

Any info would be appreciated, thanks guys.
