Question About Sub Box

When I get my Kicker Solo-baric subs, do I need a box that fits square subs (Which I've never saw before, and if they even make them) or can you use regular round boxes? Plus, do anyone know if the Kicker Solo-baric subs are good?

Another question. What's the difference between a competition box and a bandpass box. Right now my 12's are in a competition box, but alot of people tell me bandpass is better. Since alot of you are professionals and you know what you're talking about, you'll know alot more.

they make boxes specifically for solo barics. ive never heard of a cometition box, just a stupid term i guess. bandpass sucks for loud music so dont bother with that, it just looks cool to people who dont know what it is. a nice ported box will make the kicker sound good, or sealed will do almost as well depending on what you are looking for. definately not a bandpass though.
