Question about Sub and Amp Combo...

1 Orion Cobalt Car Amplifier (Amazingly, it does a decent job)

2 Ch x 75 Watts @ 4 Ohms

2 Ch x 150 Watts @ 2 Ohms

1 Ch x 300 Watts @ 4 Ohms

I had this installed about 4 years ago. The speakers went to sh*t after being damaged in my trunk (holes and rips).

My question is will this amp power 2 JL Audio 12W3v3-2 (The NEW Ones)

yes it will, but half the rms to each speaker....have you looked at other brands than jl?(way overpriced)
