Question about my watt output

I have a 06 ZX1000.1, but I bought it used, so I never got any fuses for it, and I have a 60A blade fuse that runs from my battery to the rear. I just bought a kit that replaces my 6gauge wire with 1/0 wire all the way up the the battery, and will be adding a 250A fuse by the battery, and 2 in my trunk.

Should I be noticing any difference in output?
