question about jbl 1200.1 for sub???

yea i was wondering if the jbl 1200.1 will over power the new e12a the sub is dual 2ohm 800 watts rms??? also is the jbl 1200.1 a battery drainer can i still use a stock alternator???? or do yall have another amp that will power that sub in the 300$ range???
