Question about HID's for '05 chevy impala

I had ONYX HID's on my '05 impala and my daytime running light comepletely messed up my ballast. I was looking into new HID's, which should i get to prevent this from happeneing again? how can i get around my daytime running lights to run my HID's? thanks in advance

why not ask a Chevy Impala forum. They always have these Q & A about HID's. I know i disabled my DRL (Daytime Running Lights) with my Corolla. All i had to do was cut a certain wire.
