Question about grounding my amps.

Hey guys I am just about to put a new system into my 2004 frontier cc and I was wondering what the best way would be for me to get a good ground connection? Like how should I connect to the trucks chasie. Thanks any help would be great.

grind down to bare metal and attach it. use a ground boot or whatever they are called

anyone have the number to the girl in mikey's sig? get bare metal with a wire brush, use an O-ring connector on the wire, put 3 or 4 1/2"screws to hold it to the chassis.
