Question about gorilla glue

I've been told that gorilla glue expands and that screws should be used to keep the wood from moving, will the expanding glue make such a difference even if I have 90 degree clamps and a big clamp giving it pressure? Building my new box right now and just need some help.

Just go buy some Titebond and use that instead. Gorilla glue is a pain in the *** to use and is very messy.
