question about bridging a sub

sorry in advance this may be a dumb newbie question

I have 2 rca cables going to my amp left and right channel, I have the speaker terminals bridged to give the sub twice as much power, which side is it playing? left or right? or is it playing both together ?

its a single sub setup.

Hi there,

In a setup like that, both channels are combined - mono output. That's fine, since bass is monophonic anyway.
