right now i have the sensitivity set to medium. i still have to turn my volum up to like 50 to even have it at a moderate listening level for either my ipod or sat radio. on normal radio or cd 50 is pretty loud, i set my gains with volume at 60. so my question is, how does the aux sensitivity work? i dont want to clip my amps by having to turnmy radio up real loud but i dont want to set the sensitivity to hi if its the same premise as using a bass boost on an amp-too much is bad. or if it is doing the equivalent of clipping an amp but cd player equivalent.

It's the same thing as adjusting your gains. It's there so that you can match up the level to the other sources in your system. You can also fine tune it with the SVC feature.
