whats the difference between using a 2 channel and bridging speakers vs using a 4 channel and powering 4 speakers.

The difference is if you have two 4 ohm speakers you'll be running the 2 channel at 2 ohm. You will get more power this way. You also lose either fade or balance depending on how you wire them. There will also be no stereo seperation.
