Also, back in the day, you could have Rockford's speaker factory (about 5 miles away from where I live) make a speaker to your specs. If you wanted a 8" sub with a 6" voice coil with a 400 oz. magnet, they would build it for you. Also lots of weird subs floating around here that were prototypes. Still see them for sale around here every once in a while.

How about some "Heavenly Horns" from the 70's? They are a set of 6x9's with chrome plastic horns on top like a pipe organ. I scored a set of them off of eBay several years ago. And don't forget about the Phoenix Gold Cyclone!

I actually have a lot of the stuff mentioned here...don't know what I'll ever do with it all, but it's cool to have anyway.

If you ever come across any adcom or denon ampspick them up, back in the early 90s those were the best.

Some lowlife jacked my JBL GTQ-200 about six months ago, it had been in my truck for 10 years.

The old Rockfords are awesome. I still have a Punch 45HD, but it's just sitting here collecting dust. I wouldn't mind getting my hands on a Punch 75 or a Punch 150.
