Quality LOC

Going to be adding a couple 12s in my new car and am not screwing with the stock radio.

What's a good quality LOC? I've only installed one before.

Yes. Fully loaded with nav. Im going to get 2 McLaren mlt-60 tweeters tomorrow.

Have you heard about the self destructing function the sony system has in 2015 and up ford cars? Lol the amp burns up and blow your speakers if it doesnt sense a load on it. You have to put resisitors on every channel or find a LOC that has a dummy load

I put resisters on mine. They are $2 at radio shack.

I have not heard that. How would the amp not have a load on it if I'm still running all the speakers?

The LOC doesnt give off a load, some do i believe but most dont.

MUST READ If you upgrade you 2014's stereo to avoid damage.

I had to do this to my dads 2015 f150 as he had the garbage sony "upgrade"
