Q about install of kenwood flip out....

I'm installing my new kenwood flip out dvd HU today, and I read over some instuctions, and it showed I had to tap into the brake wire of the car, I guess so it doesnt show movies unless the car's stopped? Is there a way to bypass it, and does anyone know where I could find out where that wire is in a particular car?

I'm not sure if I need that wire hooked up or not.

you can try grounding that wire,,ive seen that work,,but my clarion had to have a toggle switch.

It has to have a switch, Which will have to be Switched back and fourth 3 times before it will work, The TV needs 3 pulses to cut of the feature...Sucks, But works.
