Eat nutrient dense food, and alot of it. Meat, nuts, oats, milk, peanut butter, olive oil in your foods, etcThis might sound weird but does anyone know a good way to put on weight? And i dont need smartass comments saying eat mcdonalds or something like that.
Agreed.Eat nutrient dense food, and alot of it. Meat, nuts, oats, milk, peanut butter, olive oil in your foods, etc
This is true but very expensive. Whole foods are better for you anyways.you can also take weight gainer in shakes.. they carry that at many health stores, i believe it can be found at walmart and such too
Yup, I'd just make sure that alot of the calories aren't coming from sugars. Its amazing how hard it can be to eat enough healthy food to gain weight...Its a problem for me, I have to work pretty hard at it.you can also take weight gainer in shakes.. they carry that at many health stores, i believe it can be found at walmart and such too
They are expensive, and just watch the sugars. They can be nice for a quick meal when you don't have the means to make a whole food meal.does anyone have any experience with the shakes? do they work?

Same way here man. I've been sick for about the past week and gone off my "diet" and weight started dropping. If your metabolism is like mine you have to eat alot, more than you would ever think is right, and do it consistently. Start adding a set amount of calories to your diet every week until you see growth. Once you see growth then adjust your calories from there.im working out now... not really gaining weight but if I dont eat a lot i lose weight pretty fast
Milk, red meat, and snacks of peanut butter and apples has helped me add calories/weight. Sure its sugar and fat but it has helped me gain. I started back in early november and I'm now up about 13lbs. Sure some of my gain was fat but my jeans still fit, and I plan to cut some in about a month so its all good.i have the same problem, its really hard for me too eat a lot and to gain weight. im at 148 now and id like to gain about 20lbs... my **** matabolism is just too fast lol
