Put in new HU and NEED HELP!

I have a 2003 mustang. Ok the door speakers are not working for some reason, I have the mach 460 and I just bought http://www.crutchfield.com/p_020M385VD/Clarion-MAX385VD.html?tp=75 which is compatible with mach audio...any ideas, all the wires on the harness I received with the radio are used...?

Doesnt the Mach460 have a stock amplifier. It needs to be bypassed correct?

Did crutchfield send a long cable with the order?

Just throwing this out I have no experience with the mach460.

I just had to fix the wires...2 of the wires were supposed to go together in the harness where the diagram only shows 1...
