Punch P2 Advice

Ok here is the deal. My car has nothing in it right now. I just bought and installed a nice deck & 4 new speakers but now am looking for some subs. I am currently looking at Rockford Fosgate P210S4 - P2 Punch Subwoofer 10" 400W but dont know if I could get anything better for 75$ each. Any suggestions or is P2 Punch a good sub?

you can get a 8" 2006 L7 for $119, a 12" Type R for about $109, you know the drill

The Punch is GARBAGE.. Not only are they not even remotely loud, they sound like complete dogshit

yup, when i had my p3, i thought something was wrong with it

i was suprised anyone would sell a speaker that was actually SUPPOSED to sound like that

Yeah it has a weird mechanical sound to it thats not even remotely nice.. it just sounds terrible in every way

i had a 10" p1 and it was decent for my 92 s-10, but when i got a sedan, it was hardly impressive due to the trunk being seperated from the cabin.

yeah they had to be, I had 2 p1 12s running off a rf bd1501 and it sounded a helluva better than that, and just for the record, my p1's actually sounded pretty decent, just didn't get loud

I used to have two of the P2 12s. But they sucked. The one CompVR 12 I have that has a broken tinsel lead will out perform the Punch series. LOL

There is so much other stuff better out there. Like Kicker for starters.
