If they are talking unauthorized sales. I would say digital designs or dc audio would be most protected. I would disagree with jl audio, they are all over ebay.

Lol sorry guys I was typing to fast on my phone what I meant was what are some brands that actually care and try to keep their stuff off the internet and what companies don't care and hang their dealers out to dry
