hi everyone earlier today i was installing a system for a friend. everything was fine until it was time to test it the amp will play for acouple sec then went into protect i checked and re-checked the speaker wires,ohms, power, rem,and ground. but the weird thing is i disocnned the ground from it once and re-connected it and it played fine until the hu was shut off then started it up agin and it went back into protect. another weird thing was when i first went to test ti i turned the bassboost and the gain all the way down and it played really loud for being at 0 which i thougth was a little odd and then when you turn the gain up it doesnt seem to get any louder till its al litte over 3/4 of the way. any ideas? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/banghead.gif.8606515f668c74f6de0281deb475b6fd.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/help.gif.cee8f684da1ba626487a8bc51152e1ec.gif

Bad amp? who makes it how old is it where did you get it.

its a brand new Dual amp its definitly not a quality product. ie jensen but its what he has so i woul like to make it work for him
